Panel 1- Reporter: " Lopez, the Senate or the Upper House doesn't want the trial of Catsanova to be done at the Lower House.."

Panel 2- Reporter: " On the other hand, Congress or the Lower House doesn't want the trial to be done at the Upper House.."
Lopez: " What happens now?"
