Panel 1- Senator Pilato: " Poblador Pobre, did you go to school?"
           Poblador Pobre: " Yes, sir.. up to Grade 2.."
Panel 2- Senator Pilato: " And because you didn't finish school, you find it  difficult to get a job?"
           Poblador Pobre: " Yes. sir.."
Panel 3- Senator Pilato: " And you are blaming the government because you can't find a job?"
           Poblador Pobre: " Yes, sir.."
