Panel 1- Raphael: " Stan, its not unusual for a traffic enforcer to smell like a corpse because of pollution.."
Panel 2- Raphael: " Let's ask a traffic enforcer what he can say about it.."
Panel 3- Raphael and Stan and a long dead traffic enforcer who already succumb to pollution

Panel 1- Sir Francis: " You know, you're just wasting your money in fitness centers.."
Panel 2- Sir Francis: " Join us at the MMDA and you'll lose fat  for sure.."
                      Piolo: " Really, Sir Francis? How?"
Panel 3- Sir Francis: " You'll just sweep the streets of litters everyday and you will also help our country.."

Note: MMDA stands for Metro Manila Development Authority. They have street sweepers all around Metro. They also help collect garbage and assist the police in traffic. Sir Francis Tolentino is their boss.

Relief Goods

Panel 1- Sad Man: " Haay.. this is the life of a typhoon victim.. surrounded by filth and garbage.."
Panel 2- Sad Man: " Even our children are now getting sick.."
Panel 3- Stan: " Why don't you clean your surroundings?"
              Sad Man: " What?! It's the job of the MMDA!
Note: MMDA is Metro Manila Development Authority that handles traffic/garbage problems
