Panel 1- Raphael: " Darth Penalty, what about Sunday? Is it a rest day or there will be hanging?"
      Darth Penalty: " Of course.."
Panel 2- Darth Penalty: " That day is reserved for politicians who stole from the people.."
                           Stan: " Why Sunday only?"
Panel 3- Darth Penalty: " If we do it daily, we will ran out of politicians especially the Senators.."

Panel 1- Raphael: " Darth Penalty, it might be hard to have a public hanging everyday. You know how
                              the Filipinos are.. they lose interest easily.."
Panel 2- Darth Penalty: " Not exactly, Raphael.. all we need is variety to make sure we have the crowd.."
                      Raphael: " Variety?"
Panel 3- Darth Penalty: " Yes.. we can hang them upside down especially those who rape children.."

                   Stan: " Right.."
Panel 2- Stanley : " Just think, if there will be hanging everyday, the economy will grow because of the
                              numerous people who will watch.."
Panel 3- Stanley : " And who knows, additional revenues will be earned through pay per view of TV
                              stations that will cater to other countries.."

Panel 1- Darth Penalty: " Stan, Raphael.. Death Penalty is not my name anymore.."
Panel 2- Darth Penalty: " I am now Darth Penalty on this age of high technology.."
                           Stan: " Darth Penalty?"
Panel 3- Darth Penalty: " That's right.. I am the illegitimate son  of Darth Vader.."

Panel 2- Darth Penalty: " And to scare the criminals, the hanging should be done in public.."
Panel 3- Darth Penalty: " All you need is a high platform so everybody can see the hanging.."

                              know what punishment to give.."
Panel 2- Raphael: " There are those who want lethal injection but there are those who opposed.."
                   Stan: " Chemicals are expensive.."
Panel 3- Raphael: " Some prefers the firing squad  but there were complaints.."
                   Stan: " Bullets are expensive.."
