EDCA

Panel 1- PNonoy: " There were so many complaints when China was bullying us in the West
                               Philippines Sea.."
Panel 2- PNonoy: " Now that I did something like EDCA  between the US and the Philippines,
                              people are still complaining.."
Panel 3- PNonoy: " What should I do?"
              Raphael: " You ran again as President on 2016!"

NOTE:
The constitution prohibits a second six year term for the President but some quarters want a second term for
President Aquino because the list of so called Presidentiables are traditional politicians and might not continue President Aquino's programs after he steps down on 2016

EDCA

Panel 1-  Raphael: " Cong Grafar, you seemed to be angry at something.."
                 Grafar: " You're right!"
Panel 2-    Grafar: " You know what? P-Nonoy maneuvered the  EDCA resolution so it won't have
                               to go to Congress.."
Panel 3- Raphael: " The government said there's no need because EDCA didn't violate the constitution.."
                 Grafar: " Hmp!"

Note: EDCA is Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement between the Philippines and the United States where the US can rotate her military troops and use military bases of the Philippines for its operation. It is also to help the country against the bullying of China in the West Philippine sea
