Panel 2-  Grafar : " Really,  Raphael? What is it? I'm interested.. Hehehe.."

Panel 2-  Grafar: " As usual, we will tour Europe and other great places.."

Pamel 1- Raphael: " Cong Grafar, Senator Miriam wants to file a resolution that only taxpayers are
                               allowed to vote.."
Panel 2-   Stanley: " Her reason that  this country is getting nowhere is that uneducated voters vote for
                               movie actors and high school graduates who doesn't know anything.."
Panel 3- Grafar   : " Raphael, Stan.. do you still hear anything about Miriam's proposal?"

Panel 1- Raphael: " That's why you are in favor of constituents who are not smart.."
                Grafar: " That's right, Raphael.."
Panel 2-   Grafar: " Almost all of us in Congress has that kind of view and there's nothing I can do.."
Panel 3-   Grafar: " They are already being called by others as " bobotante " because  they don't know
                              anything but they will still prevail in the coming election 2016.."
 NoteL Bobo is one who is not intelligent/not educated
            Botante is a voter
            Bobotante is the uneducated voter but they are more than the intellectuals/taxpayers so the likes
                             of movie actors Jinggoy Estrada and Bong Revilla became Senators because they
                             are popular

                 Grafar: " There's nothing I can do.."
Panel 2-    Grafar: " Their schooling will be stopped for lack of funds and it's the fault of the
                               government who took away our pork barrel.."
Panel 3-    Grafar: " On the other hand, it's ok because the people will get mad at the government
                              and the people will still vote for me.."
