Note: KKK is Kaibigan( friend ), Kaklase( Classmate ), Kabarilan( shooting buddy ) of PNoy who is a gun enthusiast and can shoot straight.

Panel 3- Raphael: " Stan, I want to meet that doctor! Let's look for him.."

Note: Paying taxes is unpopular in the country. Paying the RIGHT taxes is even more unpopular
