Panel 1- Stanley: " Sir Dikong, now that you have replaced PNonoy ( as President ), you need security!"
             Dikong: " No need.."
Panel 2- Dikong: " Wherever I go, I'm always being guarded and watchful as to what I say and do.."
Panel 3 Stanley: " Really, Sir Dikong? Who are they? The PSG ( Presidential Security Group ), the PNP ( Philippine National Police )?"
              Dikong: " The CHR ( Commission on Human Rights )"

Panel 1- Dikong: " Hi Jomar, can I borrow the victory speech that you made?"
              Jomar: " Why, Dikong?"
Panel 2- Dikong: " I need it on my Inauguration. They say the speech you made is beautiful.."
               Jomar: " And why should I lend it to you?"
Panel 3- Dikong: " Because you're not going to need it anymore.."

Note: Jomar was sure of winning the election that he prepared a victory speech. Unfortunately, he lost
