Panel 2- Stan: " Sir BF, are you arresting me because I'm now on the dark side of the force?"
Panel 3- BF: " I'm arresting you because you're on the wrong side of my pink fence!"
NOTE: BF is Bayani Fernando, former chair of the Metro Manila Development Authority or MMDA. One of his many projects was the construction of pink fences to segregate public and private vehicles to ease traffic
