Taxes Etc

Panel 1- Raphael: " Stan, is it true that Teachers pay more in taxes than the professionals?"
Panel 2- Stan: " That's what the BIR ( Bureau of Internal Revenue ) report says, Raphael. It also mentioned a doctor who paid only Ten pesos in taxes.."
          Raphael: " Ten pesos?!"
Panel 3- Raphael: " Stan, I want to meet that doctor! Let's look for him.."

Note: Paying taxes is unpopular in the country. Paying the RIGHT taxes is even more unpopular
