Unexplained Poverty

Panel 1- Raphael: " Stan, lets watch the senate hearing on Monday.."
                   Stan: " Sure.."
Panel 2- Raphael: " The Senate will investigate Poblador Pobre, the poorest man in the country.."
                   Stan: " Why?"
Panel 3- Raphael: " They will decide if they should file a case against him for unexplained poverty.."
