Panel 1- Voter Curly: " Cong Grafar, do you have 100 pesos? I want to bet on the two numbers game.."
                     Grafar: " Yes, I have.."
Panel 2- Cong Grafar: " Just a minute.. I forgot where I put my wallet.."
Panel 3- Voter Curly: " Cong Grafar, I don't have all day. I still have to go to the race track! "
