San Miguel

Panel 1- San Miguel: " Hi, Raphael, Stan.. how are you?"
                   Raphael: " San Miguel, what are you doing here on Earth?"
Panel 2- San Miguel: " Saint Peter ordered me to come down to destroy Congress!"
                   Raphael: " What?! Why?"
Panel 3- San Miguel: " He said what the lawmakers are doing to the people is too much already.."

Note: San Miguel is Saint Michael, the Archangel
