Dikong vs ICC

Panel 1- Dikong: " ICC will enter the picture when they see that Congress, Senate and Judiciary are behind me.."
Panel 2 - Pomelo: " Boss Dikong, we can make it appear that Congress is investigating you.."
Panel 3- Pomelo: " Then we can prolong the hearing until the ICC gets tired so they will just just arrest Bobong Marcos! "

Delilah

Panel 1- Raphael: " Cong Grafar, where are you going?"
                Grafar: " To the Senate.."
Panel 2-   Grafar: " We are bringing this invitation to Delilah. The House wants her to attend our investigation.."
Panel 3- Raphael: " Cong Grafar, it's not right! The Senate and Congress have inter parliamentary courtesy!"
                Grafar: " Well, not anymore!"

San Miguel

Panel 1- Dante: " It's good you came by, Miguel.. where have you been?"
              Miguel: " On earth.."
Panel 2- Miguel: " I went there to destroy ( Philippines ) Congress but Stan put one over me
                            when he invited me for some beer in a KTV bar.."
Panel 3- Miguel: " Stan knew my weakness but I only managed to drink six cases of beer
                            because I couldn't stand that nosy girl so I left..

Collective Amnesia

Panel 1- Raphael: " Look, Stan! There are many ambulances at Congress.."
              Stanley : " You're right.. I wonder what happened?.. "
Panel 2- Officer: " The members of Congress are afflicted with a new kind of disease.."
              Raphael: " What kind of disease, Sir?"
Panel 3- Officer: " They are suffering in what you call in politics, Collective Amnesia!"
             Raphael: " What kind of sickness is that?"

EDCA

Panel 1-  Raphael: " Cong Grafar, you seemed to be angry at something.."
                 Grafar: " You're right!"
Panel 2-    Grafar: " You know what? P-Nonoy maneuvered the  EDCA resolution so it won't have
                               to go to Congress.."
Panel 3- Raphael: " The government said there's no need because EDCA didn't violate the constitution.."
                 Grafar: " Hmp!"

Note: EDCA is Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement between the Philippines and the United States where the US can rotate her military troops and use military bases of the Philippines for its operation. It is also to help the country against the bullying of China in the West Philippine sea
                       

Ang Pulitiko

Panel 1-Larry: " Isn't that Cong Grafar?"
             Curly: " It's him.."
Panel 2- Moe: " He lost a lot of weight. Must be his work in Congress.."
Panel 3- Curly: " Who among the congressmen will not lose weight when their pork barrel was taken away.."

To Pork or Not to Pork

Panel 1- Raphael: " Many people are angry that some lawmakers are involved in the pork barrel scam."
                   Stan: " Don't worry, Raphael.."
Panel 2- Stan: " Senator Drilon promised that the government will bring back public trust to Congress.."
Panel 3- Raphael: " Well, I hope aside from public trust, they will also return the public funds they stole from the people.."
